What we process
When you submit an enquiry, we store your name, email, business, service type, package, brief and consent to assess and answer the request. Sign-in uses your ZEISMO account ID and name to show your own projects and messages. Partner applications contain the region and experience you provide.
Cookies and demos
An essential session cookie supports sign-in, request protection and separate demo workspaces. Referral codes remain in the session for up to 30 days and can disappear when that session ends. Demo data is synthetic; do not enter personal information. This site has no third-party advertising pixels or analytics.
Retention and requests
Demo data is removed within 48 hours. Portal sessions expire after two hours; owner sessions after 15 minutes. Unconverted enquiries are retained for up to 12 months. Contracted project and commission records follow the agreement and applicable obligations. Email us to request access, correction or deletion; identity verification may be needed.
Storage and providers
Data is stored on ZEISMO infrastructure, which may be outside Thailand. The portal uses ZEISMO’s central account service. When you choose the AI concierge, your message, up to four recent conversation messages and our synthetic catalogue are sent to Anthropic (Claude) to generate a reply. We do not attach account details, contact records or reservations. Up to eight messages remain in your private server session; they are cleared on your next page visit after 30 minutes of inactivity or when you select Clear conversation. The provider may process data outside Thailand under its own policies. Do not send personal or confidential information. Production messaging and payment integrations require separate disclosures.
